Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Clinic days are on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Fees
We currently accept payment by cash, cheque or direct credit via internet banking.
Sorry NO EFTPOS or Credit Cards.
Payment can be made in advance or at each treatment session.
Non – ACC consultation fees:
e.g. Arthritic conditions, some types of elective surgery, non accident related conditions
Initial assessment (45 minutes) - $80
Follow up session (30 - 45 minutes) - $60
ACC assisted consultation fees:
e.g. All accident related injuries, assault, work related.
Initial assessment (45 minutes) - $35
Follow up session (30 - 45 minutes) - $25
Home visits
The above consultation fees apply, plus any travel supplement as stated below.

Waiwera (0994), Stillwater( 0993), Okura (0794,0792), Wainui (0992), East Coast Bays (0630) - $20 Extra Charge

Pre-arranged telephone consultations
Telephone enquiries are FREE.
A pre- arranged telephone consultation is an extra service we provide. It can give you an opportunity to discuss your condition in more detail, and get professional advice on your recovery and rehabilitation. Consultations can be done during the evening times and may suit you better, particularly if you live out of our area.
Just contact EnhancedRecovery to discuss your needs and we will arrange a consultation time that suits you best.
ACC and Non – ACC : $ 15 / 15 minutes
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment.
A fee may be charged for late cancellation or non-attendance.
Health Insurance Companies
If you would like to use your health insurance cover for fee payment, please call the company first to confirm payment and reimbursement processes. Please check the conditions and number of treatment sessions your insurance company will fund prior to your initial assessment with Enhanced Recovery Physiotherapy services.
