PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM PRIOR TO ATTENDING YOUR CLINIC APPOINTMENT
- If you are unwell with any respiratory symptoms +/- a fever, please CALL US TO CANCEL your appointment and rebook when you are well again.
- If you do not have any symptoms but in the last 14 days have had; close contact with a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case, traveled internationally, had direct contact with a person who has traveled overseas, worked in an international aircraft, shipping vessel, or cleaned in any of these facilities, please CALL US before the day of your appointment to discuss appropriate PPE needs prior to your appointment.
- There will be limited seats in the waiting room inside the building due to the covid-19 spacing rules. Feel free to wait in your car and your physiotherapist will come out to the front entrance to meet you and take you straight through to the clinic room at the time of your appointment.
- Please use the hand sanitizer at the reception desk on entering and exiting the building and scan the QR code available using your mobile phone.
- Unfortunately, we need to discourage friends or family members from accompanying you into the building but if it is necessary they will need to agree to comply with the same terms and conditions and join you in the clinic room for the duration of your appointment.
- A face mask must be worn. We have some available if needed. They must be taken home with you at the end of the appointment. Your therapist will be wearing a mask, and any other appropriate PPE in compliance with the Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Whilst in the clinic please try to follow the standard precautions stipulated by the Ministry of Health - Good hand hygiene, cough or sneeze into your elbow, use the hand sanitizer provided, maintain social distancing whenever possible.
- With thanks from EnhancedRecovery Physiotherapy - We realise this is not an ideal situation for yourself or the therapist. Still, it is helpful in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 in our community at the moment. If you are at all worried about these precautions don't hesitate to call us to discuss them further. These precautions will not affect the treatment you receive at your appointment.
